Information of how to obtain software modules after orders are placed are released via email containing the License keys and Passwords for the modules ordered within 1 to 2 normal business days.

Free updates are provided for 90 days from date of order.

Modules must be downloaded within 15 days from date of order after which they will be deleted form our server.

Modules are available via download only. If you have a slow internet connection please check our FAQ page as to what some of the options are for obtaining our software via download. Physical media is not available.

Due to the nature of the product (downloadable goods or technical support), AccountPro does not offer refunds for these non-tangible goods once the order is processed.

Corrupted media may be replaced with the same version only. In order to receive a replacement via download provide us with an explanation of the problem via email within 15 days from purchase date, together with the original order number and order date. We are unable to provide download links to replacements without this information.
